What we collect

We collect only what you choose to give us:

When you contact us — your name, email address and the content of your message.
When you donate — optionally your name, email address, how you would like to be recognised, and which programme you would like your gift directed to.
Automatically — standard web server information such as your approximate location, browser type and pages visited.

What we do not collect

We do not see, receive or store your card or bank details. Donations are processed by PayPal, Cash App or Venmo, and your payment information stays with them under their own privacy policies.

Why we hold it

To send you a receipt and acknowledge your gift.
To honour your recognition preference — including keeping you anonymous.
To direct your gift to the programme you chose.
To send occasional updates, but only if you asked us to.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — our payment processors and our email and customer-record system — and only so far as they need it. We may disclose information where the law requires it.

Your choices

Ask us what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it.
Unsubscribe from updates at any time, using the link in any email we send.
Ask to be listed anonymously, or removed from our donors page entirely.

Children

This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Our programmes support students, but we work through partner schools rather than collecting student information through this site.
