The previous site had this page completely empty, which is a real problem for an organisation accepting donations. What follows accurately describes what this website actually does, written as a starting point. It is not legal advice and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Check it against your obligations, add your EIN and registered address, then delete this box.

Donations
- Donations are voluntary and, unless we say otherwise in writing, non-refundable. If you have made a gift in error, contact us and we will do what we reasonably can.
- Payments are handled by PayPal, Cash App or Venmo. Their terms apply to the payment itself.
- We will make every reasonable effort to direct your gift to the programme you chose. Where a programme is already fully funded, or circumstances change, we may apply your gift to the area of greatest need.
- Tax deductibility depends on our registered status and on your own circumstances. Please add your EIN and 501(c)(3) status here, or state plainly that gifts are not tax-deductible. Do not leave this ambiguous.
- Recurring gifts can be cancelled by you at any time through the provider you set them up with.
Using this site
You may use this site for lawful purposes. Please do not attempt to disrupt it, misuse the contact form, or use our name or logo to represent yourself as us.
